FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Bartenders are provided by Dianoia’s but alcohol is BYOB. We do ask that you purchase some of your wine from our neighbor PGH Winery, but other than that, you are free to bring your own selections. If you’d rather not be bothered by that process, Dianoia’s can provide a hosted bar.
Valet parking is included in the rental fee.
Yes! We love candles. No open flames allowed though. All candles must be enclosed in glass.
When can I drop off decor and/or cookies?
We will arrange a 3 hour window for drop off of all personal items the day before the wedding.
When do all of my personal belongings need to be out of the space? Am I responsible for cleanup?
All personal items must be picked up by noon the next day. No cards or gifts may be left overnight at the venue. Our venue team, along with your day of coordination team takes care of all breakdown and cleanup.
50% of the rental fee plus tax is due with the signed contract. A $1000 security deposit is also due with the signed contract. A second payment of 25% of the rental fee plus tax is due 6 months prior to the event and the final 25% payment plus tax is due 30 days prior to the event. We accept checks, ACH bank transfers or all major credit cards. There is a 3.5% fee associated with all credit card payments.
Do we need wedding day insurance?
Yes! We have a customized link through The Event Helper that we will send so you can purchase that.
Do we need to hire a wedding planner?
Yes and no. We include Day of Coordination with the Devoted To You team in our packages if you don’t already have a planner. Other planners are welcome in the space though so if you already have hired your wedding planner and want to have your wedding at our venue, you can!
